| Throughout the year we organise all kinds of events and special evenings for our visitors: Monthly Events: Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Evening(excludes bank Holidays) Buy one main course and get a second free (based on two sharing, cheapest one free)  - 3rd Wednesday of each month - "What do you think... over a drink? Come and discuss the latest events and happenings over a friendly drink with other like-minded gentlemen. - 1st Tuesday of each month - Bluegrass and folk night 8.30pm An evening of picking sessions involving talented musicians and their instruments which varies from month to month, come along and listen or even join in!! If you would like to play at The George please send a demo and some brief details and we will contact you if you style is appropriate to us. Dining: We can offer our dining room for your own private party with the choice of either one of our set menus of buffet menu or simply order off our regular menu or just pre order from our regular menu.
